Hey guys, I’m back!

For those of you I haven’t met yet, I am Charles von Hapsburg the Prussian and my band is an Undeath Metal project in the lines of old school Death Metal called Scourging at the Pillar. I am the vocalist, guitarist, bassist and the drum programmer.

My friends call me Chuck.

While I grew up outside of Chicago in NW Indiana, I now call Kane, PA my home.

I have a few other projects with some other friends in the works too, one is an Unblack Metal band and the other, oddly enough, is Catholic Irish Punk. Both of those are still “in the planning stages.”

As a Catholic, my influences are Leo XIII, St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. John Bosco, Pope St. Pius X and Pope St. John Paul the Great. Musically, I’m influenced by Death, Kreator, Obituary, Voivod, and Celtic Frost among many awesome bands from Scandinavia and Florida. One of my current favorites is Amon Amarth. Also like a lot of old Thrash, NWOBHM, Power Metal, and Grindcore as well.

While not on the forum for awhile, I’ve kept in touch with my Catholic Metal family and I love each and every one of them. I’m looking forward to getting to know those I haven’t already met!
