It has been an eventful few weeks in the CatholicMetal camp! First of all, our release of PHL4 has been very successful. We had over 500,000 plays during the first 3 days of the release! Our plays have levelled off to 200-700 plays a day – but still – the fact that our fourth compilation is doing so well is a sign of how we have developed as a community in music – but also as a community sharing our faith in Christ and His Holy Church to the world.
There has been a significant increase in the number of listeners registering on Catholicmetal.com since PHL4 has been released and we have tripled our registered membership. These may be only stats, but they do show how we have grown as a community and give some insight towards future potential for us as a community in Christ.
Thanks again to all the musicians and bands that contributed to PHL4; the response I have received via email has been very positive. Some of our listeners who have been there since PHL1 claimed that PHL4 is the best sounding compilation yet.
